Fees

$8 per person for two-night stay.

$5 per person for one day use or overnight.

$5 additional fee for third night stay.

Deposit due at time of reservation
Remaining payment is to be made 2 weeks prior to reservation date

Deposits

$50 Deposit or minimum fee (non-refundable) is required to hold a reservation. The deposit is to be received at reservation request. Payments can be completed online, Zelle, or checks will be mailed to the treasurer. Confirmation of any reservation will be given after the deposit is received.

Holiday Weekends

$150 Deposit or minimum fee (non-refundable) is required to hold a reservation for a holiday weekend. The deposit is to be received at reservation request. Confirmation of any reservation will be given after the deposit is received.

Damages and other fees

Any willful damage to the property will be charged to the group responsible at full price.
Other fees assessed as necessary.
